Vamzon cannot guarantee account reinstatement, ranking, sales, advertising efficiency, Brand Registry acceptance, infringement enforcement or any decision controlled by Amazon or another third party.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful evidence, timely approvals and appropriately limited user access. Clients remain responsible for their account, products, claims, suppliers and regulatory compliance.
Intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of deliverables are defined in the applicable engagement agreement. Third-party marks and platform materials remain the property of their owners.

Amazon and Seller Central are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Vamzon is an independent service provider and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon.
Applicable agreement
If these website terms differ from a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls the applicable service relationship.
